About the Position:
The Listing Coordinator at The Luxury Real Estate will be responsible for managing property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and coordinating marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong understanding of real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage property listings on various platforms.
- Ensure all listings have accurate and comprehensive information.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for property shoots.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for listings.
- Monitor and report on listing performance and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate listing management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in listing platforms and marketing software.
