About the Position:
The Customer Service Representative at The Luxury Real Estate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for helping clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist clients with property viewings and appointments.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain client records and update databases.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
